  • Estimated HUD-1/Settlement Statement in advance for your review
  • We will make sure title to your property is held in the proper form
  • Access and answers to our attorneys to answer any legal questions about your settlement
  • Review and examination of the title abstract and survey, if required, to guarantee a clear and marketable title, free and clear of any and all liens and issues
  • Coordinate closing with all involved parties, lenders, realtors, buyers, borrowers and sellers
  • Closing to occur in our offices in a professional, yet stress free, environment
  • Compliance with all legal and lending requirements necessary to your jurisdiction
  • Ability to review important documents in advance of closing
  • Clear and understandable explanation of all documents executed at settlement
  • Copies of all documents executed at closing
  • Disbursement of all funds to all required parties
  • Recordation of legal title in the appropriate land records/court.
  • Provide title insurance policy to owners and lenders in a timely and accurate manner
