Benjamin Horton has over 26 years of legal experience as both a civil litigator and real estate title attorney. Ben is the managing attorney for Counselors Title, LLC Annapolis, Maryland office. He conducts real estate purchase and refinance settlements in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. He has been an active participant in all aspects of the title industry since 2005, and has lectured and instructed clients, Realtors, business owners, and the like, on issues ranging from premises liability, including sports venues, risk exposure, fair housing, foreclosures, bankruptcy, legislative issues as they relate to real property, agency, and more. In addition, Ben also maintains a private civil practice where he acts as outside general counsel to several local businesses and maintains a general legal practice in the areas of Wills/Trust and Estate Planning, Corporate Formation, some civil matters and Real Estate.
