Directions from I-270 North:

From I-270 North, take I-370 West/Sam Eig Highway Exit # 9B. Merge west (left) onto Sam Eig Highway. Merge right onto Great Seneca Highway. At the fourth traffic light turn left onto Quince Orchard Blvd/Route 124 South. Take next immediate left onto Booth Street (Exxon Station on corner). Take first left onto Arch Place. We are located in the second building on the left, immediately after the bridge/ archway (which is currently under construction). Suite 30 appears above our door. (Entrance is on Arch Place – 3rd entrance from Granite Place on left.)

Directions from I-270 South:

From I-270 South take Exit # 11B to Rt. 124 South/Quince Orchard Rd. Merge right onto Quince Orchard Rd. Proceed about 1.5 miles. After crossing Great Seneca Highway, take next immediate left onto Booth Street (Exxon Station on corner). Take first left onto Arch Place. We are located in the second building on the left, immediately after the bridge/ archway (which is currently under construction). Suite 30 appears above our door. (Entrance is on Arch Place – 3rd entrance from Granite Place on left.)

Parking:

Street parking on Arch Place is often available or Garage parking is available if you turn right at the stop sign (before passing our building) at the intersection of Arch and Granite Place. Proceed on Granite Place to the Garage entrance on the right for The Colonnade. Turn left upon entering the Garage. Reserved parking for Counselors Title clients is 5 spaces down on the left. There are 3 reserved spaces marked with brown signs and orange cones. If the spaces are full, you can park in any unmarked space. There are 2 next to ours and 2 behind ours that are unmarked. Additional spaces are numerous if you continue down to the next lower level.


DO NOT PARK IN THE OPEN LOT NEXT TO OUR BUILDING. THERE WILL BE CONSTRUCTION, AND THEY WILL TOW YOUR VEHICLE
