Matthew Jones is the Managing Attorney of the Counselors Title McLean Office. Matt is a member of the Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Pennsylvania State Bar Associations. He is a graduate of Mercyhurst University and went on to obtain his law degree from the University of Dayton, School of Law.
With the experience of over one thousand closings, he is well versed in all aspects of residential real estate transactions. An attorney with real estate, commercial litigation, and lender representation, Matt has an extensive background in real estate and combines his 10 years of legal experience to bring you a smooth settlement transaction. His experience stems from acquisitions, dispute resolution, and lender and agent representation. He assisted in the drafting of Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure forms for lenders upon the enaction of TRID in 2015.
