1/2 Block from Dupont Metro:

Take the Metro Red Line to the Dupont Circle Station. Exit at Dupont Circle South via the escalator and proceed straight one half (1/2) block down 19^th, crossing the street to 1320 19^th Street, NW (corner of 19th and Sunderland).

Directions From Downtown Washington, D.C.:

Start out going west on Connecticut Avenue NW toward 17^th Street. Turn Right on 17^th Street NW which becomes Connecticut Avenue NW. Keep Right at the fork and continue on Connecticut Avenue. Turn slight Right onto Dupont Circle NW. Turn Right onto 19^th Street NW. Arrive at 1320 19^th Street, NW Suite 201

Directions From Maryland and Points North:

Merge onto I-270 S which becomes I-495 E/Capital Beltway/I-495 Innerloop. Merge onto MD-185 S/Connecticut Ave via Exit 33/ towards Chevy Chase. At Chevy Chase Circle (roundabout), take the 4^th exit onto Connecticut Avenue NW (Crossing into the District of Columbia). After crossing Florida Avenue, keep right onto Dupont Circle NW. At Dupont Circle (roundabout), take the 4th exit onto 19th Street.

Parking:

Metered street parking is available on 19th Street NW M-F until 4pm. Validated parking is available in the Colonial Parking garage at 1333 New Hampshire Avenue NW which is actually located on 19^th Street next to our building. Advise the parking attendant that you are going to Counselors Title and you will be provided a ticket which will be validated in our office. After you have parked, take the elevator to the 2^nd level, and the entrance to Suite 201 is straight ahead.
