Grover G. “Danny” Cantwell III is an attorney in the Kentlands Office for Counselor’s Title. He is a member of the Montgomery County and the Maryland State Bar Associations. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland in 1992 and went on to obtain his law degree from the University of Baltimore in 2001. Over the years, Danny has focused his practice in the area of Real Estate Law. His expertise is concentrated in residential and commercial closings, and the representation of builders and lenders. Danny has been a frequent lecturer and provides continuing education for Realtors in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Before attending law school, Danny competed on the ATP Tour and coached at both the collegiate and professional levels. During his tennis career, Danny competed against Pete Sampras, Andre Agassi, Petr Korda, Tommy Haas, Jim Courier, and many others. Danny lives in Kensington, Maryland with his wife and two boys, and volunteers as a tennis coach in the Washington, D.C. area.
